Find orders with available BOL documents

Navigate to the Orders page to view a summary of your orders across one or more Lineage facilities.

Before looking up order documents, ensure the Documents column is displayed. Selecting the 3-dots icon will allow you to see which columns are displayed (checked). Note: To prioritize a column in your list view, drag and drop a column header left or right.

The outline below provides examples of how to filter for one or more orders with an associated bill of lading (BOL) attached.

Filter by document type

To view all orders, that currently have a BOL attached, select the Filters icon, locate the Document(s) filter, select Has, and choose Bill of lading (Type), then click Apply.

Once the “Has” and “Bill of lading” document type filter criteria are selected, see examples below for common criteria you can add on, as needed, to help narrow down specific orders with BOL documents.

Pro-tip! Save the filter criteria you select the most often to quickly re-apply later. For more information, check out the Using filters to quickly find information article.

Once you have chosen the filter criteria you need and applied it to the Orders page, you can see which orders have associated documentation within the Documents column. Note: Select an order to view more information and download a BOL from the Documents tab.

View or download a BOL

To view BOL documentation on an order, click the Documents tab and select the appropriate file listed.

To ensure you are looking at the most recent copy of a BOL, select the Version drop down menu, and choose the appropriate version #/date.

Pro-tip! If there is more than one BOL copy, the Printed date (top-left) is an indicator of which one is the most recent documentation.

To save a copy of the BOL, select the Download icon and choose the location you need to save it to from your computer's file browser.

To print a copy of the BOL, select the Printer icon.
