How to lead the way...

Note: If you do not yet have an internal System Admin for your Lineage Link platform or are unsure who your admin is within your organization, reach out to Lineage Customer Service for assistance.

System Admin Resources 

  • For the best possible experience with Lineage Link, please ensure all users have the latest version of Google Chrome installed.
  • Review important documentation on the Knowledge Center to understand how to create & manage users or your company profile for Lineage Link. 
  • Ensure any new user you’ve created has accepted their invite via email within 24 hours and completes user setup.
  • Also confirm 'support@turvo.com' is not a blocked email address for your organization to prevent new user invites from being rejected automatically or going to spam.
  • Once a user is set up, they can sign in at app.turvo.com using their primary email the admin used to create their account, and the password the user created after accepting the initial invite.

Knowledge Center

Help your users find the right 'learning paths' via the Knowledge Center (e.g., Inventory, Orders, Lineage Reports). We recommend admins or learning and development leaders within an organization take a look at what is available to their users, so they can recommend topics that align best with each employee's individual needs and tasks they would like to accomplish within Lineage Link (e.g., Create an outbound warehouse order).

Access to user documentation

While in Lineage Link, you can access the Knowledge Center by selecting our logo at the top-left of the page.
