Why can’t I schedule a drop appointment?

Drop appointments are only available at the selected facility if the following criteria are met:

• You have a drop carrier agreement and have been added as an eligible drop carrier at the selected facility.
• The facility allows for drop appointments on their schedule and there are time slots available.
