View your appointment schedule through Carrier Public Scheduling

This article covers how to subscribe to an email report and view your confirmed appointments, open slots, and reservations, at a Lineage warehouse through Public Scheduling. Users will also be able to bypass the captcha requirement when booking appointments at the location(s) they are subscribed to.

Subscribe/unsubscribe to warehouse schedule visibility

To subscribe or unsubscribe to schedule visibility, contact the local Lineage warehouse directly and send the following information listed below via email. 

Reach out and subscribe to a facility via email by going through the Public Scheduling website, navigate to step 1 of requesting an appointment, then select the facility and service, click CONTINUE to display the Contact us button (bottom-left). This will allow you to email the facility directly and subscribe. Please include the information outlined below, in your email.

Navigating the schedule via Carrier Public Scheduling

Once you have appointment schedule access, go to Public Scheduling then select the VIEW SLOTS & APPOINTMENTS option. 


Enter your email associated with your company account, then click GET CODE to receive a one-time code via email. 

Note: Do not close out of the Public Scheduling page and keep the authentication page open in your browser to come back to once you receive the emailed code.  


Once you receive the emailed verification code, enter it through Public Scheduling and click CONTINUE

Note: Codes expire within 2 minutes, if that happens, click Resend code to receive a new one. 


After the code is entered, select an account and the appropriate Lineage location to pull up your schedule information in a calendar view. 


To look up an existing appointment or available timeslots for booking a new appointment, use the date selectors above the calendar view to find an appropriate date/time.


Pro-tip! To quickly look up specific appointments or available timeslots, such as inbound, outbound, live, and/or drop, use one or more of the filter options above the calendar view, to narrow down the slots you are looking for.

Navigating an emailed appointment report

The appointment report is made up of a two-part email, a summary of upcoming scheduled appointments, and an outline of open timeslots at a specific Lineage warehouse location that can be selected when booking an appointment through Public Scheduling

Below is an example of a warehouse appointment report that is sent out daily to an account.  


The content of the report is based on the Email frequency you are subscribed to, which determines how many appointments, open slots, and reserved slots need to be displayed on the email. More details are outlined below.


The email will contain, confirmed appointments, open slots, public reserved slots, and individual reserved slots which a carrier or customer might have at a Lineage warehouse location.

Daily:

    Contains the appointments and open slots for the next 7 days. 

    An email is scheduled every day at 6 AM based on the Lineage warehouse location’s time zone.

[Future option] Weekly:

    Contains the appointments and open slots for the next 4 weeks. 

    Week starts on a Monday and ends on Sunday, scheduled every Monday at 6 AM based on the Lineage warehouse location’s time zone.

[Future option] Monthly:

    Contains the appointments and open slots for the next 6 weeks. 

    Month starts on the 1st of every month and ends on the last day of the month, scheduled for every 1st day of the month at 6 AM based on the Lineage warehouse location’s time zone.
