How are turn times calculated in the Turn Times Analysis report?
Lineage’s turn times are calculated as follows:
Arrival Time | Calculation |
Arrives before Appt. | Appt. time – Finish Time |
< 30 mins past Appt. | Sign In – Finish Time |
> 30 mins past Appt. | Not Calculated (Late Truck) |
