Global Search by multiple references across the entire platform

The Global Search bar is a powerful tool that allows you to find a record based on the criteria you enter (e.g. Order ID, Shipment ID, Item ID).

The search bar is part of Lineage Link's core "anatomy" and is always found at the top of each page.

Quickly navigate through large volumes of information by searching for reference IDs, keywords, or tags that match the details that you'd like to find.
Pro-tip: Hovering over the search result will pop up the details in the card to the right. 

Simply click directly on a search result in the list to be taken to the details page of the result you've chosen.  

Narrow Search

Narrow your search to find results more quickly. 

When clicking the search bar a drop-down appears and you can select one of the following entities to search within the category you've chosen, such as Orders, Shipments, or Inventory. 

After you've selected a filter, you can start typing in your reference to narrow your search results and locate information related to your search terms.

Site-wide Search

A site-wide search will search your entire tenant for matching terms. This is best used when you're looking to find all information related to your search terms.

To do a site search, head to the search bar, and start typing. As you type, the search results will populate and will be organized by the entity (e.g. Orders, Shipments, Inventory, etc.).

For instance, below you can see all matching search results populated and categorized into Shipments and Orders. Your search results list may be so long that you will need to scroll down to see all results, as is the case in the screenshot below.
